correct and incorrect way to wear the roller
The correct way to put on the rolling ring is to hold up any one of the rings all the other rings will fall into the correct position. Grab the bottom rings and turn the top ring clockwise (as if there is a clock below) and push straight down uniformly with the other rings, then put it on your finger. You’ll know the rolling ring is on backward if it doesn’t roll smoothly and feels tight.
- The roller on the left side of the hand is correct for the smoothest roll and sizing.
- The roller on the right side of the picture makes the roller half size smaller for those who want an adjustable ring, but will not roll smoothly.
